保安门卫的巡逻作业标准

(1) 巡逻频率及路线
(1) patrol frequency and route
频率:每班巡查公共区域不少于十二次,每次间隔时间1小时,周界巡视每二小时一次。

路线:细小部位不放过,巡回一圈再回头。(线路待定)。

(2) 巡逻内容:周界安防设施、各岗位执勤情况、车辆停放、路灯、消防设施设备、各管道阀件是否有异常(滴、漏、跑、冒)现象、公共卫生、道路、各类标识等。

4、 文明执勤规范用语

① 与客人说话时面带微笑,语调自然、柔和、亲切,不要装腔作势,声调不要过高,也不要过低,以免客人听不清楚。
